Once we receive your order, the most complex and important part of the process starts: crafting your personalized necklace. Our team works tirelessly to attend to every detail in order to make your necklace perfect. Because of the complexity of this process, this stage can take up to 5 days to complete.

For quality assurance purposes, we conduct tests on the material (gold plated stainless steel) as well as on the chain.

Once this luxury jewelry process is complete, we certify the jewelry according to European law. Because each My Little Necklace piece is personalized, this process must be repeated on a daily basis. This certification can take between 24 and 48 hours for each piece.
